    Johnny Blaze in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the second live-action incarnation of the character, following an incarnation portrayed by Nicolas Cage. Even though this character's real name was not revealed on screen, visual clues provided within the storyline's flashbacks confirm that it is an adaptation of "the original" Ghost Rider from the comics, as later also affirmed by Clark Gregg on Twitter.
